This work involved a strategic review of Day Care Services for Older Persons. Harlow District Council recieved clients from Essex County's Adult Care Services Directorate which was involved.

Janjer provided the care and health expertise to support the tendering of specialist IT products to support Adult and Children's Services within a large County Council.

Nottingham City Council

This project involved the modernisation of strategic commissioning and procurement business processes. Including large scale tendering in Adult Care Services linking Personalisation/Self directed support.

States of Guernsey

This work concerns the strategic review of the Island's disability services. Introducing large scale changes to professional and financial areas.

The National Autistic Society

Janjer has been asked on a number of occassions to support the Society in particular through periodic professional practice audits.

Swindon Borough Council

This work concerned raising performance of In House Residential Care Services; and a Strategic review of their Corporate safeguarding arrangements with key recommendations implemented with partnering authority Wiltshire.

Wilshire County Council

This work involved the anlysis in the UK of the best social care partneship model to facilitate and strenghten the Council's relationship with Provider Sector Providers.

The John Townsend Trust

Janjer has supported the organisation the delivery of professional practice support and safeguarding audits that readily demonstrated the high standards of care delivered.
